Function
This machine is used to thermal bond web or semi-finished nonwovens contained low melt fiber by hot air penetration to
achieve certain thickness and hardness.

Characteristics
● Top-blowing and bottom-suction, bottom-blowing and top-suction alternately to evenly thermal bond through the wadding and ensure uniform surface.
● Burners are directly connected to the suction fan by stainless steel pipe to improve the mixing effect of the heated air.
● Upper air channel uses Teflon soft connections to achieve excellent sealing during hot air circulation.
● Unique design for thermal insulation layer so as to achieve the best insulating result, reducing heat loss
